Corporation Reinstatement Changes Effective July 1, 2023Beginning 07/01/2023 and following Utah House Bill 399 tax clearance and/or exemption letters from the Utah Tax Commission are no longer required as part of the Division's domestic corporations reinstatement filings and foreign corporations withdrawal filings. The Division will confirm the corporation's tax status directly with the Tax Commission. New corporation reinstatement and foreign corporation withdrawal forms are linked on their webpages.
